This item is a reusable nail file/buffer with a cute rainbow pattern on the front. It's regularly $7.99 and comes in a handy carrying/storage case.
I don't actually buff my nails since I never wear gels or acrylics and don't want to weaken the surface of my nails, but I did try this out as just a nail file. It's a rather thick file with rounded edges, and the patterned side opposite the file has a smooth surface, making it easy to hold as you use it. Since it's intended as a buffer, it's a very gentle file that is better for shaping nails as opposed to taking off length. It smoothed the edges of my nails much better than my normal glass file does, and it also left a glossy shine on the tips of my nails, so, while it might not be a replacement for my regular file, I'll definitely be using it to clean up my nails a bit after filing them.
